1. Login to Unified (Call Manager) then hover to “Call routing”

 

 




2. Find and click on Route Plan Report

 

 



 

3. Leave boxes at default but change box to contains then type in extension

 

 




 

4. Find extension and click on it

 


 

 

5. Go towards the bottom section of “Called Party Transformations” in the box by Called Party Transform Mask type in number that you want callers to be forwarded too




6. Click on Save. Done
